Tai Chi for Adults

Join Michael Sandham, owner of Shaolin-Do Martial Arts, on the first Friday of every month for a lesson in Tai Chi. T’ai Chi Chuan (Tai Chi) is a low impact exercise that works with slow movement to create strength in the muscles and stability in the joints. Tai Chi can be practiced by people of any age or ability and can lead to long term health benefits such as improved circulation, better joint health, increased strength, decreased stress and anxiety, and increased energy. It also helps slow down the effects of aging and guards against mental decline. We’ll see you on Friday, September 1st at 10:30am!
