Summer Reading Challenge Is Here!

All ages are invited to participate in our community challenge! This summer we challenge you to read 20 minutes every day to reach a personal goal of 1,000 minutes by July 31st. If our community collectively reads 100,000 minutes, the Friends of the Library will donate a total of $1,000 to our two local food banks, Lake Travis Crisis Ministries and Helping Hand Crisis Ministry of Spicewood.

How it Works:

  1. Register yourself and your family members for Beanstack or download the Beanstack Tracker app on your mobile device.
  2. Record the number of minutes you read each day and participate in fun reading activities.
  3. Earn virtual badges (and visit the library for sticker prizes) at each milestone and help us achieve our community goal!
