Lake Travis Community Library offers many exciting programs for adults! In addition to programs listed below, the library offers six Book Clubs and special events every month described in the library calendar.
Memoir Writing Group – First Tuesday of the month at 3pm
Are you interested in writing your memoir or preserving some of your memories for your children and grandchildren? Join the memoir writing group the first Tuesday of the month at 3pm. Participants will explore personal histories through a variety of writing activities. Library Staff Member Kim McGee facilitates the group. Tech Help with Teens - First Tuesday of the month from 4:30pm to 6pm
Tech-savvy teens will provide one-on-one technology help. Ask questions about anything like iPhones, personal computers, cameras, iPads, and more!
Knitting Club – Third Tuesday of the month at 1:30pm
The Knitting Club meets monthly at the library, usually on the third Tuesday of the month at 1:30pm. For more information, please contact the library or Pat at firstname.lastname@example.org
Power for Parkinson’s - Wednesdays at 1pm
Join us on Wednesdays at 1pm for exercises designed for people with Parkinson’s disease and their caregivers. On the first Wednesday of the month at 2pm, sing along with the Parkinson’s Singing Group.
Genealogy Group - Fridays at 9am
Join our Genealogy Group on Friday mornings before the library opens from 9 to 10am. Use our genealogy databases on the computers and share information with other enthusiasts.
