Local cookbook author and library patron Mary Bryant Shrader will discuss her debut The Modern Pioneer Cookbook, which features traditional “pioneer” cooking techniques such as making bone broth, sourdough bread, and cultured dairy. Copies of the book will be available for purchase and signing.
