Dr. Susanne Sternthal will discuss current events in Ukraine. A local Lakeway resident, Sternthal holds a doctorate in political science and a master’s in philosophy from Columbia University. She is the author of the book Gorbachev’s Reforms: De–Stalinization through Demilitarization.
