Online: Exercise is Medicine—Did you take your pill today? With Body Balance Physical Therapy

In this workshop, Dr. Jess Garcia with Body Balance Physical Therapy will discuss their personal favorite subject…exercise! We will discuss the role that physical activity/exercise plays in our overall health and wellness. We will learn the difference between physical activity and a structured exercise program. Most importantly, we will review how much exercise we need to prevent/treat chronic diseases (heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.). All are welcome to attend this free workshop!
