Golf is a great lifelong sport that keeps people of all ages active and engaged. Since the sport lends itself to longevity, overuse injuries can be a common limitation people will come across. Shoulder injuries can be an issue with amateur or elite golfers and can decrease the ability to participate. This series will go over different possible causes and strategies to use to prevent shoulder injuries and keep those joints healthy and strong. All ages and abilities will benefit!
