Capital Campaign — West Location

In 2004, local voters approved the formation of a Lake Travis Community Library District which includes Hudson Bend, Lakeway, The Hills, Spicewood, and Briarcliff. Thanks to the generous support of our community, a new library building in Lakeway opened in 2013. The library quickly become a vibrant and integral part of the community.

Today we stand at another ambitious crossroad. With the rapid population growth in western Travis county, many residents within our district are without convenient access to a local library. In 2023, the district purchased a property in Spicewood that will need comprehensive renovations to transform it into a fully functioning library. Will you help us launch this essential library location?

Naming Opportunities

Your contribution, large or small, will help provide essential library services to communities in the western portion of our district. To help us reach a fundraising goal of one million dollars, we ask you to consider a naming opportunity. With your donation, a name of your choosing will be displayed in our new library.
