Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals
The Lake Travis Community Library District solicited Competitive Sealed Proposals from general contractors that can demonstrate the capability and proven experience to perform the general construction services required for “Renovation of the Lake Travis Community Library West” in Spicewood, Texas.
Competitive Sealed Proposals were received at the main desk of the Lake Travis Community Library at 1938 Lohmans Crossing in Lakeway until 2:00 PM CST, Tuesday, November 14, 2023. Each Proposal was required to be contained in a sealed package(s) marked as follows:

At approximately 3:00 PM on the same day they were due, the Competitive Sealed Proposals were opened and selected information on the Bid Proposal Forms was read aloud, including the Bid Amount, at the Lake Travis Community Library in the Meeting Room at 1938 Lohmans Crossing, Austin, Texas 78734.
Starting October 10, 2023, interested parties were able view Bid Documents online at the following DropBox link: https://bit.ly/ltclwest. Request for PDFs could be made directly to Architect Brandi McDaniel via email at [email protected] and prints were available for purchase from B2B Copies in Lakeway via phone at (512) 402-9775. Documents were not available at the Lake Travis Community Library.
A Pre-Proposal Conference was held Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 2:00 PM CST at the project site – 21209 SH-71 West, Spicewood, Texas 78669.
