Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals
The Lake Travis Community Library District is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals from general contractors that can demonstrate the capability and proven experience to perform the general construction services required for “LTCL WEST OUTPOST RENOVATION” in Spicewood, Texas.
Competitive Sealed Proposals will be received at the main desk of the Lake Travis Community Library West at 21209 State Hwy 71 W in Spicewood until 2:00 PM CST, Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Each Proposal must be contained in a sealed package marked as follows:

At approximately 2:15 PM on the same day they are due, the Competitive Sealed Proposals will be opened and selected information on the Bid Proposal Forms will be read aloud, including the Bid Amount, at the Lake Travis Community Library West in the Meeting Room at 21209 State Hwy 71 W, Spicewood, Texas 78669.
Starting January 20, 2026, interested parties may view Bid Documents online at the following link: https://bit.ly/westoutpost. Request PDFs directly from Architect Brandi McDaniel via email at [email protected]. Documents will not be available at the Lake Travis Community Library.
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST at the project site – 21209 State Hwy 71 W, Spicewood, Texas 78669.
